To fully support our CSI/ATSI/TSI schools and those recently removed from this classification, the following conditions are in place for the 2025-2026 Transfer Process:
Brewer Early Innovation Academy, Davis, Forrest Road, Fox, Dorothy Height, Georgetown, Key, Martin Luther King, Jr., Baker, East Columbus, Eddy
For example: Once the first transfer recommendation for a Special Education teacher at Dorothy Height is received, no other SpEd Teacher recommendation from Dorothy Height may be considered.

Submission of this application is not a guarantee of an interview or recommendation for a transfer. This process exists for you to make your interest in paraprofessional positions at other school or program locations known to principals.
Eligibility Requirements for Transfer Process:

Must be a CURRENT MCSD Paraprofessional. |

2. |
Must hold a valid Georgia Paraprofessional certificate. |
|
3. |
Your application is your acknowledgement of understanding the pay grade differences in paraprofessional positions. For example, if you are currently a Special Education paraprofessional and wish to transfer to a Kindergarten paraprofessional, your annual salary will change and may result in a decrease in your hourly rate. |

This process is not used for positions that involve selection processes such as secretary, clerk and other administrative support positions. See the MCSD job Postings for those opportunities. |
