We are looking to add a HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Cedar Rapids Iowa. Candidates thrive in our environment when they harness their collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a love of learning.
Here's just a bit of what you'd do :
Provide ADP technical and functional expertise for complex and day to day processes supporting all functions in the HCM modules.
Serve as ADP System Administrator, supporting initiatives to improve the employee experience.
Build, test, and create successful outcomes leveraging comprehensive understanding of HR practices.
Lead cross functional analysis and collaboration and effectively consults with stakeholders to design processes that achieve group success in HR Technology space.
Prioritize and organize requests and work in order to take on system and work management with the attention it deserves.
Act as lead role in cross-functional projects that may be complex in nature.
You'd also need to be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to do the job, including, but not limited to, having :
Collaboration : Strong ability to work with other people using communication and listening skills that exhibit skill and focus on task at hand.
Process improvement : Focus on enhancement and improvement when doing tasks in system or when consulting about system.

Education : High school diploma; college degree preferred.
Experience : Minimum 3 years professional experience working directly with HCM solutions to support business / HR objectives and activity, including administration of configuration and system set-up preferred
