Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a HOA Property Manager at Toad Property Management located in Crested Butte, CO. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of HOA properties. This includes coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing tenant relations, organizing community events, preparing budgets and financial reports, and enforcing community rules and regulations.
