This role will partner with Sales leadership, finance and HR to create a holistic strategy for our GTM organization across verticals.

About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Lead the design of quota setting based on territory-based goals implementation, and ongoing optimization of the sales compensation plan and policy
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of sales compensation plans in driving business goals and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with GTM objectives
- Knowledge of sales compensation plan structures, including quotas, accelerators, pay mix, leverage, and other components
- Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Sales leaders
- Work with sales leadership to forecast, model, and plan for revenue and sales targets, ensuring compensation structures support sales goals
- Analyze sales trends, market dynamics and report on performance
- Analyze, monitor and track key performance indicators such as MBOs and attainment by teams
- 5 years of professional experience across high-growth tech companies and/or management consulting
- Expertise in Sales/Incentive Compensation, RevOps, and/or FP&A functions
- Skilled in conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses, including customer research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- Proficient in analyzing processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and driving implementation
- Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams, translating complex problems into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex challenges into actionable plans, oversee execution, and achieve results
- Experience with Salesforce and Sales Compensation Software
