Toast in New Orleans, LA is looking for one prep/cook line to join our strong team. We are located on 1845 Gentilly Blve. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- prepping and portioning sauces, proteins and other prepped items
- cutting fresh fruits and vegetables
- making batters from scratch
- breaking down meat
- regular and deep cleaning
- help out and learning the hot line
Qualifications
- scratch cooking knowledge
- basic oven and stove knowledge
- basic knife skills
- willingness to learn
- keep up in a fast paced environment
