Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system.
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, including cash register operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences.
- Address any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining or nightclub environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices within the food service industry is essential.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
