Responsibilities :

Guest Interaction : Take orders on the POS, process transactions, and answer calls while directing inquiries to the shift lead or manager as needed.

Order Preparation : Create smoothies, bowls, and toast to perfection, ensuring consistency, speed, and quality.

FOH : Keep the front clean and organized by maintaining tables, bathrooms, and restocking disposables, cups, and merchandise.

BOH : Support back-of-house needs, including dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, and organizing deliveries.

Teamwork : Follow directions from shift leads or managers on prep, closing duties, cleaning, and organizing tasks.

Customer Service : Provide outstanding service and legendary hospitality to every guest.
