What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate/Customer Service/Cashier position at Tobacco Vape Center?
Opening our second store, TVC is looking for self-motivated and responsible people. Vape knowledge is a plus but not necessary, training will be scheduled to be completed at the main shop. Must be willing to learn about the industry and stay motivated to keep up to date on product in the store.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining displays
- Assist customers by troubleshooting and explaining how product works
- Follow daily cleaning and organizing procedures
- Staying up to date on new products and trends
- Learning how to open and close the store
- Restocking of products and e-liquids
- Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures
- Identify and resolve customer complaints
- Complete Daily Tasks log
Qualifications include:
- Friendly attitude
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to problem solve quickly
- Good communication skills with customers
- Ability to multi task and prioritize customer needs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 36 per week
