Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer bi-weekly payroll including analyzing and inputting data such as garnishments, leave accruals, and deductions.
- Oversee the recruitment process, collaborating with managers to identify, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
- Participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations as needed.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate meetings to educate employees on benefits and distribute necessary notices.
- Develop and maintain affirmative action programs and ensure compliance with EEO regulations.
- Compile and submit OSHA and worker's compensation reports annually.
- Handle employee relations matters, escalating complex issues to the Senior HR Manager.
- Conduct stay and exit interviews, maintaining trend data for retention strategies.
- Manage accurate employee records in HRIS and other databases.
