We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Dishwasher / buster to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English & Spanish), and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, helping maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
Requirements
Responsibilities :
Dishwashing :
Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Load and unload dishwashers efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing station, sinks, and floors.
Bussing :
Clear tables and reset them for the next customers.
Assist wait staff in delivering food to tables and refilling water.
Ensure dining areas are clean and tidy always.
Remove trash and clean floors when necessary.
Other Duties :
Assist kitchen staff with cleaning duties.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with team members.
Requirements :
Experience : No prior experience is required; we will train the right candidate.
Language Skills : Bilingual (English / Spanish) is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work in a hot, wet, and loud environment.
