What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interim Director of Nursing position at Tobin and Associates, Inc?
Looking for a seasoned Interim Director of Nursing for a Skilled Nursing Facility. As the Director of Nursing you would be responsible to work alongside the LNHA to maintain the standards of care in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures and ensure that all federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations are met or exceeded. As the Interim DON, You would also be eligible for PERM consideration if you choose! WEEKLY PAY and 1099 on this contract. Travel Package Available if you are more than 60miles from facility.
This position will require an active Ohio or Compact RN license in good standing, and a minimum of 2 - 5 years of DON experience in skilled nursing. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as the ability to mentor staff through leadership influence.
