Overview:
We are a year-round Landscape company seeking a full-time skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This person performs general maintenance around the shop, maintains equipment and helps take care of grounds around business property

Must have a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities:
- Self Starter, able to prioritize, solve problems & operate without direct supervision
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to maintain machinery and equipment
- Have equipment ready to go in the mornings for crews to head out
- Help to keep the landscape around building looking nice
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance a must
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift/carry 50lbs

Applicants should be familiar with the landscaping industry, have landscape/hardscape experience and must have a clean driving record and their own reliable transportation.
