Position Overview :
As a Project Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of client laboratory relocations by bridging the gap between sales and operations. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this full-time position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who excels in project scoping, resource coordination, and client communication. The Project Manager will contribute to the development and achievement of sales targets while ensuring project success through effective planning, execution, and collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct site walks and assess potential relocation projects for clients, including cost estimation, scope development, and quotation preparation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate and schedule labor and equipment resources to execute services efficiently and on time.
Collaborate with the Sales Team by participating in joint client calls and contributing to the development and implementation of sales plans and targets.
Maintain open and effective communication with the field team to ensure contractual obligations are met and project progress is tracked.
Review and confirm project progression statuses before approving any additional work.
Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by the company to support organizational goals.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in project management, preferably in industries related to life sciences or relocations.
Strong skills in cost estimation, resource coordination and quotation preparation.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
Ability to collaborate with sales professionals and contribute to strategic planning.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Commitment to upholding company policies and dedicating full attention and effort to the advancement of company objectives.
Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on process improvement, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
