Parts Lead

My Personal Key Tasks:
- Part & accessory inventory security and programs to obtain budgeted sales and margins.
- Order, receive & return stock and special orders.
- Customer service & assist techs, customers, and sales with Parts and accessory requests and estimates.
- Pulling parts for techs and daily review of work orders.
- Communicate status of stock and special orders to pertinent parties.
- Marketing and selling P&A in showroom.
- Will call monitoring and audit monthly.
- Industry trends, manufacture and market analysis, and vendor relationships.
Direct Supervisor:
- Service Manager
- General Manager
- Owner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
