Looking for a Project Manager with construction background, specifically in Stone and Tile.
Responsibilities :
- Managing all aspects of stone and tile construction projects, encompassing planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Reviewing Contract documents, drawings to fully understand project requirements.
- Tracking and managing all aspects of stone and tile construction projects, including planning, budgeting, submittals, scheduling, paperwork, and execution.
- Collaborating with estimators to finalize budgets and establish cost control measures from project inception.
- Conducting final walkthroughs and inspections to confirm completion of all punch list items.
- Supervising project stone and tile team members and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks before they impact project progress.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Approving subcontractor and supplier invoices, verifying work completion before processing payments.
