The Lead Bartender position exists to provide leadership behind the bar at all times. A successful Lead Bartender will have a full understanding of our Cocktail & Wine program and will assist the Bar Manager in bar inventory, ordering if necessary & help uphold bar standards. The Lead Bartender will set and example for the bar team at all times and assist with the implementation of new beverage items. This position will assist the bar manager in managing day to day beverage functions including special programed nights, new menu rollouts, trainings, and bar upkeep. The Lead Bartender acts as a liaison between bar staff and management to express discouragements and offer ideas and solutions that will lead the bar team to success. The Lead Bartender provides quality control by ensuring that prep standards are being met and that products being served meet Company standards and are in prepared in compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
