We are a family owned boba shop that is looking for a social media manager to bring in more customers!
Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate new business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with our business goals.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content (e.g., posts, images, videos) for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Post 3 times per week (including stories) on Instagram and TikTok, and respond promptly to Yelp reviews.
- Manage and grow our social media following.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Create and maintain a professional website for our boba shop.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and report on results.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of photography and video editing.
- Experience with paid social media advertising.
