What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Todd County School District 66-1?
QUALIFICATIONS: Valid SD Class B CDL Drivers license
High School Diploma or GED
Experience and/or certification or license in plumbing, carpentry, electrician and electrical equipment
preferred.
General knowledge of tools and equipment
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12 month position
SUPERVISED: Director of Transportation & Maintenance and/or Superintendent
GENERAL GOALS: To help maintain the physical school plant in a condition of operating excellence so that full educational use of it may be made at all times.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluted in accordance with the provisions of the Board's policy and ESP Negotiated Agreement.
DUTIES:
Maintain a valid SD Class B CDL Drivers License
Maintain clean work practices
Available to drive school bus as assigned
Salary based on verified experience; driving hours (if needed) based on bus drivers base salary of $15.00/hr
