We are looking for a very self-motivated, self-driven individual who has a passion for people and has a drive to own their own agency. Our district has a strategy that looks to partner with this type of individual, train this individual with our state-of-the-art University of Farmers training program and see him or her grow in their career with us here at Farmers.

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
Generating insurance quotes.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices
Uphold the wants and needs of your customers
Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits / risks of the policy
Requirement
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
A Property & Casualty license and Life and Health license or willingness to obtain them.
Career minded vision.
Problem-Solving Capabilities.
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
Driven and goal-oriented individual.
No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
