Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Assist customers with policy coverage questions, billing inquiries, and claims processing.
Policy Review : Conduct insurance policy reviews to ensure customers have adequate coverage for their needs.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and insurance policy details.
Compliance : Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies in all customer interactions.
Problem Resolution : Address client concerns in a timely and effective manner, providing solutions and guidance as needed.

Requirement
Licensing : Active SC Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience : Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry is preferred.
