POSITION SUMMARY
Under direction of the Supervisor, heavy equipment operators will be responsible for operating several types of power construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This equipment may include end loaders, skid steers, wash plants, screen plants and crusher. Heavy equipment operators may work independently. On the job training will provide the knowledge and skills to become a productive member of our team.
This position is full-time seasonal working approximately May through November (weather permitting). Average work days can last up to 14 hours, require overtime and working weekends.

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Physically able to perform the job functions
- Preferred 2 years of experience in crushing, screening, wash plant, etc.
- Willingness to be a team player and help train less experienced employees
