Overview:
Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Our family - owned business of 42 years is seeking a dedicated Preschool Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a fun, nurturing learning environment for young children. This position is year-round.
Responsibilities:
- Taking daily attendance throughout the day.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
- Able to sit down and get up off the floor.
- Must be able to interact with children, parents, and staff in a friendly enthusiastic manner.
- Establish a good rapport with the children through conversations, supervised time at our learning centers, songs, and helping the children daily.
- Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in a licensed childcare center
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License
