Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at Todres & Company, LLP, located in Westbury, NY. The Office Administrator will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, manage office equipment, and assist with communication and customer service duties. Specific responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and supporting other administrative tasks as needed. An important role includes maintaining the client tax portals which entails uploading and editing tax returns.
Qualifications
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Proficiency in using Office Equipment
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- CPA firm experience with CCH software preferred but not required.
Salary : $50,000 - $62,500
