About The Role
The Onboarding and Deployment Engineer is the critical bridge between sales and implementation of the Todyl product stack. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience either working inside an MSP, MSSP, NOC or similar with strong IP networking experience. Successful applicants will have extensive experience with a variety of unique IT environments and the ability to quickly identify the MSP tool stack being used as well as familiarity with those tools and their uses.
This role works closely with the Sales and Product Teams as well as Management to maximize and streamline the implementation of our products with our partners with a Security First mindset. This is a customer facing role requiring presentation skills over web conferencing solutions like Zoom or Teams. The Onboarding and Deployment Engineer acts as the SME during customer engagements and onboarding sessions.

Responsibilities
- Provide inside sales support and act as the Subject Matter Expert for technical questions and clarifications from Account Management and Account Executives.
- Complete web conferences with Partners in trial to configure and deploy a working proof of concept.
- Discuss and verify network architecture prior to and during the Todyl onboarding process and implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ongoing deployments that are stalled or stuck.
- Act as the trusted advisor to the Partner and their customer base.
- Act as the Sales Engineer on specific Partner demonstrations.
- Stay current with new and emerging IT and Security technologies.
- Stay current with evolutions and changes to our product and how they affect our Partners and their customers.
- Act as the liaison between Partner feedback and Product engineering to continue to evolve the offering.
- Report on and track ongoing and expected customer deployments.
- Associates Computer Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in a technical, customer facing role such as Technical Account Manager or Sales Engineer.
- Hands on experience configuring SIEM, EDR and application registration.
- Experience in software deployment and installation.
- Experience with s2s and p2s VPN technologies and implementations.
- Server and Client Windows 7/8/10/11 Windows Server 2008 2012 2016 2019 2022 and beyond.
- Active Directory AAD/365 and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Cloud Computing.
- Authentication and SSO ADFS AWS Azure AD Sync DUO Onelogin Okta.
- Microsoft, CompTIA and Cisco Certifications a plus.
