Equipment Operator
Pre-employment physical and drug screen are required.
Operator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Operating various pieces of heavy equipment
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Performing general maintenance and inspection of equipment
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Working at heights with the use of mobile equipment and ladders
- Often required to stand, handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, talk or hear. Occasionally, the work requires the employee to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Works safely near and around highway traffic and noisy operations
- Ability to lift or carry up to up to 30 or 50 lbs., and occasionally up to 100 lbs
