Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Production Line Workers with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and adaptability. Responsibilities:

Production Operations:

• Operate and maintain production equipment, including robotic arms, welding tools, and packaging machinery, depending on the product line.
• Quickly learn operational procedures, achieving independent operation within 1-2 weeks.

Quality Control:

• Follow strict quality standards and work instructions to ensure product excellence.
• Utilize tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Monitor and adjust processes to maintain high-quality output.

Basic Skills:

• Perform inventory and production calculations (e.g., counting, basic arithmetic).
• Read and interpret production instructions, safety guidelines, and operation manuals in English.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED); junior high school diploma considered with relevant experience.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred.
• Physical ability to lift 25–50 lbs (11–23 kg) and stand for 8–12 hours per shift.

Key Attributes:

Adaptability:

• Comfortable working in factory conditions, including varying noise, temperature, and humidity.
• Available for shift work (day, middle, or night shifts).

Willingness to Learn:

• Open to acquiring new skills and participating in company training programs.

Physical Stamina:

• Able to perform repetitive tasks and sustain a high level of productivity throughout the shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
