- Be the backbone of our project management by establishing and maintaining comprehensive engineering files for subcontract and bid package records, plans, specifications, and any changes that arise.
- Quickly respond to requests for information, effectively resolving queries and sharing the latest updates with all project stakeholders to keep everyone in the loop!
- Keep our project management database updated daily, tracking changes and ensuring all team members have access to the most current project information.
- Work closely with the Project Superintendent to monitor and adjust project schedules, guaranteeing we stay on track and meet our deadlines.
- Champion workplace safety by enforcing OSHA standards and promoting safe practices among team members, subcontractors, and visitors.
- Monitor receipt of letters of intent to ensure compliance with our high project specifications.
- Assist in managing project site logistics, scheduling deliveries that align with site needs, and paving the way for smooth operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of subcontractor activities to ensure quality assurance procedures are being adhered to and report any findings to the Superintendent or Project Manager.
- Coordinate and schedule OAC meetings, documenting discussions and generating clear meeting minutes for all stakeholders to reference.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Proficiency in project management software applications.
- Willingness to travel.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to keep our projects running smoothly.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret project blueprints.
