The Fives Event Manager is responsible for the day of event execution, ensuring every detail runs smoothly and every guest feels cared for. This person acts as the main point of contact for clients during their event and collaborates closely with our culinary, operations, and events teams to bring the clients vision to life.

This is a part-time position.
Responsibilities - The Primary job of The Fives Event Manager includes but is not limited to:
- Schedule and conduct the final venue walkthrough with clients
- Schedule and conduct ceremony rehearsals
- Seve as a liaison between Together & Company clients, guests, staff members, and vendors
- Manage event timeline during events and regularly communicate with event team supervisors, regarding any changes or shifts to the event timeline
- Collaborates with all departments to ensure overall event success
- Coordinate and communicate expectations with vendors before event
- Schedule and host weekly open tour times
- Coordinate client dcor drop off, pick-up, and on-site setup
- Attend department specific Level 10 meeting
- Execute Expo dinner service
- Maintain client satisfaction throughout the event
- Prepare event manager packets and expo sheets
- Program bar tablets and prepare cash banks as needed
- Create and print custom menu cards
- Cross-trained at all our exclusive and off-premise venues, and work event manager shifts as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in events or hospitality industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and kneel, stoop or stand for 8-12 hours at a time
- Availability evenings & weekends
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Insurable Driving record
Preferred:
- Degree or coursework in hospitality
- ServSafe Certified
- Familiarity with CaterEase or similar event software
