Job Summary
The EUT Specialist is responsible for providing first-level IT support to end users, configuring/deploying IT equipment and software, and monitoring for IT alerts and outages to ensure system availability. The EUT Specialist provides support to team members on desktops, laptops, peripherals, and all organization-supported applications.
Job Responsibilities

- Troubleshoots computer problems and advises on appropriate actions; coordinates with other IT areas to resolve problems.
- Receives and processes requests for access and permission.
- Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots laptops, desktops, servers, and other computer-related systems, devices, and equipment.
- Works with engineers to assist with monitoring server, storage, and network processes and systems.
- Creates and maintains help desk tickets and documentation for troubleshooting problems.
- Ensures all security measures (antivirus, firewall, IDS, email scanner, etc.) are functioning properly and that best practices for IT security are followed and maintained.
- Complies with applicable laws and regulations to include the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
Required Qualifications
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
- High school diploma.
- Minimum of two years related professional experience.
- Network , Security , and A certifications within the first year of employment.
- Post secondary degree in information technology or a related field preferred.
