Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. As a Project Manager, you will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring effective coordination among teams, contractors, and stakeholders while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation through to completion.

• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate and manage all project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure projects are completed in compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.

• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, quality, and safety.

• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including design and engineering, to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, cost control, and quality management.

• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project documentation.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.

• Ability to solve problems quickly and make informed decisions under pressure.

• PMP certification or similar credentials is a plus.
