We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Superintendent to lead our team in the installation of complex commercial and industrial HVAC systems across the DFW area. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment and is committed to fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of HVAC installers, guiding them toward consistently delivering exceptional work.
- Promote a culture of safety, ensuring team members follow established protocols and utilize proper PPE at all times.
- Oversee the planning and execution of HVAC installation projects across various sectors, including commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, data centers, and industrial spaces.
- Serve as the primary liaison with general contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and adherence to project timelines and goals.
- Conduct regular quality assessments of HVAC installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation, including time tracking, materials used, and safety compliance.
- Submit timely and detailed reports, keeping stakeholders informed of project status and any potential concerns.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of hands-on experience in commercial and industrial HVAC system installations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and manuals
- Experience leading and managing teams
- Strong communication skills
