We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience in the construction industry.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing steel-related commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to maintain project schedules, manage budgets, and ensure all safety regulations and industry standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects involving structural steel, steel fabrication, and ornamental steel.
- Balance multiple projects at once, ensure timelines and objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.
- Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders on project status.
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in project management, preferably with steel-related projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, including structural steel and steel fabrication.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
