Senior Project Manager (Civil Engineering)
We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing Civil Engineering team. This role will be pivotal in leading and managing a variety of exciting land development projects, while contributing to the ongoing growth of our engineering practice.
Our firm is a trusted, multi-disciplinary consultancy operating across the Southern New England area (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island). We provide comprehensive services in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, and Land Planning, partnering with both private and public clients. Our projects encompass diverse sectors such as mixed-use developments, residential communities, commercial spaces, industrial facilities, and recreational areas.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and contribute to the design of site development plans using Civil 3D software for a wide variety of projects.
- Perform design calculations and generate reports for stormwater management, drainage systems, and water quality solutions.
- Conduct site assessments for data gathering, soil testing, and monitoring of stormwater and septic systems.
- Engage directly with clients, local officials, and consultants, and present designs to regulatory bodies to secure project approvals.
- Create a positive and supportive environment for junior engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to help further their professional growth.
