**Job Summary:**
Join our team as a Direct Support Professional and make a difference in the lives of individuals with diverse needs. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, administering medication, facilitating community engagement, and fostering independence. You will meet this client at their home in Roy, get her out into the community, and take her back to her home in Roy.
**Hours:**
Monday-Friday: 8:20 AM - 2:20 PM
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Facilitate participation in activities
- Support individuals in setting and achieving personal goals for independence
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in caregiving, hospice care, or home community care is preferred
- Familiarity with first aid practices
- Drivers license with full coverage insurance
