Host Home Provider
Are you ready to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life while enjoying a rare and rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a caring and responsible individual or team to provide a host home for a DSPD client.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Female
- No smoking or vaping for the client’s health.
- Ability to cook and accommodate multiple food allergies.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to take the client to medical appointments.
- Engage in activities with the client both at home and in the community.
- Assist with daily goals and ADLs (Activities of Daily Living).
- Pass a background check
- daily charting
- complete training requirements
Schedule Options:
- Live with the client in their apartment.
- Or, work as part of a rotating team of 2 staff, alternating weeks.
Additional Information:
- The client has other staff that support her from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Except for national holidays. Host home providers will be with the client during all other times.
- Compensation is a non-taxable daily rate, based on experience and the chosen schedule.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including light housekeeping tasks.
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Document care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions to management.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,100.00 per month
