We are seeking an entrepreneurial product designer to evolve our core products and delight our key customers. We are looking for somebody with a deep passion for working with children and a healthy obsession with delighting customers and creating an intuitive, delightful customer experience. In this job, your primary areas of responsibility will be :
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver best in class, innovative user experiences for after school directors & enrichment providers. These experiences should solve identified customer needs or impact KPIs.
- Generate wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Translate user insights into design solutions that enhance the overall user experience and drive engagement.
- Initiate and conduct user / market, usability and competitive design research to deepen the team's understanding of different customer needs.
- Ensure Togetherhood's brand identity is considered and integrated into all features.
- Conduct internal QA tests to ensure deliveries meet initial design specifications.
- Work with the operations team to drive measurable UX decisions.
