SUMMARY
The General Manager shall be the principal operating executive of the Authority and shall have
direction of all parts of actual operations. The General Manager shall be responsible to the
Board as a principal operating executive of a public service corporation normally would be. The
General Manager shall render reports to the Board and perform all other functions and duties
specified below.
