PRIMARY OBJECTIVES/JOB SUMMARY
The Billing Specialist purpose is responsible for overseeing the billing process for customers. Billing Specialist must ensure invoices are being processed daily, perform adjustments, and resolve billing complaints immediately.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES/JOB FUNCTION: Managing billing process for customers:
o Handle the daily billing operations for a multimillion-dollar company, ensuring accurate and timely of completion of invoices.
o Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments and adjustments.
o Develop and maintain close relationship with customers to ensure satisfaction and ensure prompt resolution of any billing issues.
o Generate reports to track payments and identify discrepancies on invoices.
o Coordinate with customer service department, operations department, and other departments to resolve customer delivery, pickup, and service issues.
o Perform manual billing process for special events and tailoring customer invoices.
o Reach daily, weekly, monthly goals that are set by management.
o Performs other accounting and billing duties as requested by Supervisor.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
· Post Secondary Education required
· 3 - 5 years billing experience preferred
· Sage Intacct experience preferred
· Experience with ERP Systems and Customer Portal Software
· Highly detail oriented and organized
· Ability to meet assigned deadlines
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
· Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.
· Intermediate Skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
