Job Summary:

This position will assess processes and service quality, identify defects or deviations from standards, and implement corrective actions to maintain or improve quality levels. Your role involves performing inspections, audits, and tests to verify compliance with quality requirements and customer expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Accurate reports on quality control activities performed by assigning them to an area or department for further processing as per required timeframes, as well as ensuring product delivery dates to customers with due dates.
  • Identify problems within the processes for review and update SOP’s
  • Monitoring the progress of corrective actions when issues are identified by confirming completion dates
  • Listen to at least 20 Calls per Day in the different Departments and giving transparent and documented Feedback to the Associates and keep the direct Managers informed and provide them a Manager Overview about the performance in their responsible Area.
  • Conducting process inspection if deemed necessary as well as evaluating data to determine the possible causes of problematic situations with the help of other departments as needed
  • Performing testing/inspections when required to verify that corrective actions are implemented effectively
  • Interpret data and measure parameters as required to determine quality deviations and the causes of these deviations
  • Reviewing test results and work instructions to ensure that the testing is performed without error.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Review SOP’S and documents to understand quality requirements, tolerances, and acceptance criteria for our services.
  • Collect and analyze quality data, metrics, and performance indicators to evaluate process capabilities, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Document and report findings, deviations, and corrective actions taken, maintaining accurate records, logs, and inspection reports for traceability and accountability.
  • Collaborate with all departments, and suppliers to address quality issues, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to identify underlying causes of quality issues, applying techniques such as 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams, and Pareto analysis.
  • Train and educate production staff on quality control processes, procedures, and best practices, fostering a culture of quality awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, customers, and regulatory agencies during quality audits, inspections, or certifications, providing documentation and support as needed.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve quality and process performance.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections, measurements, and tests, ensuring compliance with quality specifications and acceptance criteria.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues.

· Proficiency in using quality control tools and software, such as statistical analysis software, quality management systems (QMS), and document control systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
