Position Overview:

We are seeking a Nail Technician Salon Manager with a Salon Manager License and a Nail Technician with an Operator License. As foundational team members, you will be at the forefront of establishing our salon’s reputation for excellence. You will be relied upon for your service expertise, product knowledge, and ability to build strong client relationships. This will be a unique opportunity to contribute to a much-needed luxury service in the Ely community and to be part of something truly special from the start.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, and nail art.
• Offer expert advice on nail care and product selection, ensuring clients receive the best possible service.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, following all health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Promote our services and products, contributing to the growth and success of the salon.
• Stay informed about industry trends and continually enhance your skills through ongoing training.

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota state license to practice as a nail technician, with a Salon Manager License for the manager position and an Operator License for the technician position.
• Proven experience in nail services, with a portfolio demonstrating your skills.
• A passion for using cruelty-free and non-toxic products and promoting nail health.
• Excellent customer service skills, characterized by a warm, friendly, and honest demeanor.
• Reliability, loyalty, honesty, and excitement about being part of a pioneering team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
