Essential Functions• Manages and directs a team of maintenance workers to ensure day to day tasks and operations aresuccessful, efficient and are completed based off standard protocols. Required Education and Experience• Minimum 5 years in plant maintenance capacity• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Planner, Supervisor or Engineer• 3-5 years experience with rotating equipment reliability programs including Preventive Maintenance,Predictive Maintenance, as well as a solid understanding of Reliability Centered Maintenance(RCM)/Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) processes.• Self-confident and secure to be able to identify and groom high potential employees in critical-skillareas• Impeccable time and project management skills with demonstrated implementation success• Effective communicator, both oral and written• Proficient using Microsoft Office software especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Preferred Education and Experience• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Associates Degree combined with prior plantexperience• 1-2 years of carbon black industry experience or experience with powder/solids chemicalmanufacturing
