Supervisory Responsibilities
This position supervises up to 25 employees, and requires excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, as well as basic computer skills including MS Office.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and two to four years manufacturing supervisory experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
