EDI Business Systems Analyst: PLEX

Configure Design, Develop, Configure, Test, Set up, Implement, Train, support and maintain Core Systems Plex ERP/EDI & other related system as it relates to key areas of PC/SHIP, FIN, SALES & PUR

• Provide end-user support in key functional areas to enhance operational efficiency.
• Execute project tasks, addressing issues by set deadlines with a high standard of quality.
• Participate in the definition, configuration, and testing of user security settings.
• Collaborate with global plant teams to ensure seamless system integration and processing accuracy.
• Lead data conversion and validation activities for assigned functional areas, including planning, execution, and tracking.
• Document business processes, create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), develop training materials, and define necessary training data.
• Assist plants in updating work instructions, process documentation, and managing local language requirements.
• Deliver training sessions to plant staff and develop internal training resources as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an automotive manufacturing setting/environment.
• This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to optimize business operations
• Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of successful ERP implementations and upgrades
• Need to know Order Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, etc.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and workflows
• Experience with SQL, data management, and reporting tools
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Previous experience with the ERP/EDI in the PLEX system, especially in integrating new plants.
