Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Wholesale Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring inventory management, and coordinating daily activities ensuring orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. This role is crucial in supporting our Wholesale operations, maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring that all activities are conducted smoothly. Must have operational background and leadership experience in warehouse setting. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
Duties
· Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
· Oversee inventory management processes, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits
· Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the warehouse
· Coordinate activities, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders using ShipStation and coordinate timely shipping
· Coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
· Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and well-maintained to maximize efficiency
· Monitor order status for specialty and major accounts while working closely with the Wholesale Sales team
· Process EDI orders and follow routing and vendor guides for major accounts
· Be proficient with international logistics, commercial invoices, SLI forms, HS Codes
· Prepare bills of lading
Skills
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail is required
· Work effectively with others in a team-based culture fostering positive work environment
· Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices required
· Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff is required
· Microsoft knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required
· Experience with ShipStation is required

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
