Medical Stop Loss provides an added layer of insurance protection to employers who choose to self-fund their health benefit plans. Self-funding can incur risks from catastrophic claims, and Medical Stop Loss insurance from Tokio Marine HCC is designed to protect employers from that risk.

Under immediate supervision, acts as an extension of the Sales team, offering pre and post-sale support, as directed by VP Sales within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an extension of the Sales team, offering pre and post-sale support.
- Assist with the planning and scheduling of producer events
- Act as a regional liaison to our claims, premium and policy teams
- Support the post-sale implementation process.
- Develop relationships internally and externally.
- Manage administrative tasks & projects as directed by management.
- Preferred 4 Year / Bachelors Degree related field or the equivalent education and/or experience
- 2 Years two years of Sales, Account Management or relevant and progressive professional experience.
- Possess and have ability to apply advanced knowledge of principles, practices, and procedure.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
- Superior organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledgeable of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments related to applicable area of the Company’s business to proactively respond to changing business environment
- Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
