- This role is located onsite in Kennesaw, GA*
Under immediate supervision, learns, shadows, and provides support in a business unit or department of Tokio Marine HCC. You will be involved in testing, coding, automating, administration and support of our application stack and toolset.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assigned project task such as testing, coding, automating, administration and support of our application stack and toolset.
- Observe and interact with various professionals.
- Attending staff and departmental meetings on an ongoing basis.
- Learn best practices for enhancing code quality and improve efficiency.
- Develop practices to enhance code quality and ease of maintenance
- Other assignments as needed and assigned
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor degree program applicable to Information Technology, CIS, or Computer Science
- Possess and have ability to apply basic knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of SDLC
- Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and
- Good organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
- General knowledge of application development, QA process, DevOps, Data Analytics (GitHub, PowerShell or Bash scripting, Dynatrace, Jira knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to work a hybrid work schedule – 4 days in the Kennesaw, GA office, 1 day remote
