Under immediate supervision, learns, shadows, and provides support in a business unit or department of Tokio Marine HCC.
Key Responsibilities
- General Intern Duties.
- Perform assigned project work.
- Observe and interact with various professionals.
- Attending staff and departmental meetings on an ongoing basis.
- Complete, update, and distribute communications of various types.
- Solicitate feedback from multiple project participants and following direction.
- Assist with department responsibilities
- Identify areas of improvement from QA perspective and follow-up with solutions
- Execute manual testing
- Run the tests in the Dev and QA environments and file issues in Jira, a defect tracking tool
- Work closely with Enterprise Solutions Team to ensure timely delivery of the project
- Other assignments as needed and assigned
- Minimum Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor degree program applicable to Information Technology, CIS, or Computer Science
- Possess and have ability to apply basic knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures
- Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
- Good organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
- General knowledge of application development, QA process (Playwright automation is a plus)
- Hybrid work schedule – 4 days in the Kennesaw, GA office, 1 days remote
