Working within the Enterprise Solutions team, serves as a core member of a growing Quality Assurance (QA) Team, helping to facilitate and automate the QA process throughout the organization. Helps coordinate the automated testing needs of the back-end with an evolving suite of APIs, the front-end of our internal tool suite.

Working within the Enterprise Solutions team, serves as a core member of a growing Quality Assurance (QA) Team, helping to facilitate and automate the QA process throughout the organization. Helps coordinate the automated testing needs of the back-end with an evolving suite of APIs, the front-end of our internal tool suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of the Agile development process.
- Design and develop clear, concise, comprehensive test plans and test cases for web applications, web service applications, and service-oriented architectures.
- Keep abreast of testing technologies and best practices with an eye to contributing to the evolution of our test frameworks and testing methodologies.
- Develop test automation solutions using PlayWright, Selenium, or other approved tools.
- Participate in peer review of test cases, test code, test plans and defects.
- Work effectively with employees at all levels to understand QA needs across the organization, as well as to help establish priorities and expectations.
- Experience working w/ Git or equivalent source version control
- Experience with bug tracking/workflow management tools, preferably JIRA
- Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in a related field and/or the equivalent education/work experience.
- 2 Years hands on experience in software test automation and software test framework development
- Strong problem solving skills and a solid software testing foundation
- Detail oriented, enthusiastic and passionate about quality
- Ability to grasp tough issues quickly and deliver well-engineered, high quality solutions
- Strong team player, a leader, a critical thinker, and a great communicator
- Enjoy breaking software, finding bugs and seeing them through their lifecycle
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming schemes, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and full stack web applications
- Knowledge of AI & RPA (Robotic Process automation) is a plus
- Experience directly testing APIs to ensure they meet requirements for functionality, reliability, performance and security
- Excellent QA aptitude and ability to drive process improvements
- Experience estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating testing activities
- Experience with Agile and an understanding of how testing fits within both SCRUM and Kanban across the whole SDLC
- Ability to create documentation for processes, tools, and workflows utilizing Confluence
- Strong troubleshooting and conflict resolution skills
