What We’re Looking For:
- People Person: You’re a natural at connecting with individuals and can effectively lease apartments in a competitive market while delivering five-star service to current and prospective residents.
- Sales Acumen: With at least one year of experience in sales or customer service, you understand the nuances of leasing.
- Communication Skills: You communicate professionally and eloquently, making every interaction count.
- Resilient & Adaptable: You excel under pressure and can maintain composure in a dynamic work setting.
- Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new software applications.
- Flexible Schedule: Availability to work weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warm Welcomes: Greet all visitors with exceptional customer service and utilize prospect qualifying/sales techniques to achieve leasing and retention goals.
- Office Environment: Contribute to a friendly and professional office atmosphere by exemplifying outstanding customer service.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect tour paths, amenities, models, and vacant apartments to ensure quality.
- Orientation & Inspections: Conduct community orientation and move-in inspections for new residents.
- Resident Relations: Address resident concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a positive community environment.
- Retention Programs: Actively contribute to and promote resident retention initiatives.
- Collaborative Relationships: Build positive relationships with residents, other communities, and relevant agencies.
- Payment Processing: Accept rental payments according to company policies and procedures.
- File Management: Maintain current resident files in compliance with company standards.
- Training: Participate in all mandatory training courses.
- Company Culture: Help cultivate a positive company culture that inspires teamwork and collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
