Job Description:
As a Multi-Site Manager, you will oversee the daily operations across multiple properties, ensuring they run efficiently and profitably while maximizing resident and associate satisfaction in alignment with company objectives. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and managing leasing documents for new residents and renewals.
- Utilizing available software to communicate with residents, create lease agreements, and screen applicants.
- Pursuing leads and engaging with potential residents, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Managing phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Addressing resident concerns and resolving daily issues decisively and constructively.
- Overseeing office operations across sites.
- Leading Maintenance teams, coordinating work orders, and conducting walkthroughs of vacant units to ensure they are move-in ready.
- Monitoring the physical condition of properties through regular inspections to maintain curb appeal.
- Providing direction and coordinating workflow for all staff across multiple locations.
- The ability to travel to multiple locations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management (3 years).
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
- Familiarity with conflict management techniques to handle disputes effectively.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks including legal documentation and office procedures.
- Familiarity with property maintenance and customer relationship management.
- Understanding of landlord-tenant law.
- Experience with Entrata or similar property management software is highly desirable.
- Experience with TenantTech documetns is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required.
